Here are pictures of the T-shirts I made for and wore at the New Moon premiere
Sorry for the crappy quality... The pics were taken with my phone while waiting in line Front:

Back:

The white and gray actually sparkle!
I'll try to take better pictures later today.
Now I don't know how many of you read fanfic, but there is something happening called The Fandom Gives Back
We are raising money to support Alex's Lemonade, a charity that helps in the fight against childhood cancer, and to whom Peter Facinelli (Carlisle) gives his voice.
So far we have raised close to $23,000 in donations, not including the auctions. And this is where the fun stuff begins.
Loads of people have put stuff up for auction, including fanfics, a fan-recipe cookbook, and some handcrafted items.
I'm auctioning one shirt like the one above, custom made to your size. You can see the auction here.
However, as I know talented ladies like yourselves could make that shirt by yourself, I'm also selling the stencils and instructions. It will only cost you $20 and every penny goes to cancer children. See here.
Please take the time to go visit there and donate! The whole thing ends at 11:59 tonight!
And I'd love to hear your thoughts on the shirt!

For those of you who really want to follow my boring life, I suggest you add me as a friend on Twitter. Username the exact same as here.
A brief bit of news on me... I have started crafting a lot more, which is good. Finished a scarf yesterday. The only thing missing were the fringes, and now it's all done. It's purple and made out of some sort of funky yarn. Back when I started knitting, my grandma recommended I only knit with normal yarn. I should know better than not to listen to my grandma! That yarn was so hard to work with! For every stitch with it, I could have done 10 to 20 with normal yarn! Plus it makes the stitches look a bit uneven, though the yarn itself hides the stitches pretty well! Anyway, I hereby promise myself never to knit with something like that again. I gave the rest away to a friend knitting with a loom!
I don't have a pic, but I'm sure I'll post one on Twitter soon, so make sure you add me there!
Back to doing accounting on only about 4 hours of sleep... Should be interesting :P
Lots of love!

I'm addicted to Twilight! Watched the 1st movie maybe 2-3 weeks ago... Then I read the books in about a week, spending even 2 sleepless nights DURING THE WEEK (i.e. work the next day, etc.) to read them. Then I found the chapters 1-12 to Midnight Sun (I ssssooo want to read the other ones too!). Then I decided that I had to do a side by side reading of Twilight and Midnight Sun (thank God I have 2 screens at work and that I wasn't too busy!!), then I reread the other books too, just because I couldn't stop after the first. Today I just went to some people's LJ and clicked on the "Twilight" tag to see what I had missed. Obviously a lot, but now at least I can follow :)
I doubt this addiction will get as big as HP, but I still love the story. I'm not particularly fond of the writing style, but hey, I can live with that in order to read the story!
Apart from that, life is busy as hell, as usual. I still have 1 apartment to rent, and more are waiting around the corner, I think, which is really not fun, because I'm tired of visiting apartments for no reason (people visit 20 and then they tell you no). Government work is boring, and with all the good sites blocked (well, apart from Ravelry), it's even more boring. Muggle company is still very busy too, of course, but we've made a commitment to going to the cottage every w-e when the weather is good.
So that's pretty much it. Main point of this post: I'm jumping on the Twilight train. I guess I always discover things when the 4th book is out... Though in the case of Twilight, that means after the end of the series! Oh well! At least I didn't have to spend months waiting for the book release... Though that's both good AND bad I suppose!

Yes, I'm alive! Surprising, isn't it, given how I haven't posted in ages (and somehow, all of my messages seem to start that way too!)!!
So let's give you all an overview of what is going on in my life...
- The Muggle Company is going well. We did some major changes this year, hired a business management consultant, worked our butts off... and it paid off! We still have a long way to go before things are perfect (if that's even possible), but we did make huge progress, which is very motivating and makes you want to go on. Last year we were running like mad, but it was in a hamster-like sort of way... we weren't getting anywhere. Now we are, and it feels immensely good!
- Work at the government is cool too. Not overly super fun, but OK. My immediate supervisor is rather not too skilled at being a supervisor, but as I'm the only translator there, I manage my own stuff and all she does is approve my holidays, more or less. And thank God too. Fun fact: I work in the same building as
wolfraven80 and len. It's a very small world (and a very big building) indeed!!
- For those who do not yet know, I'm no longer project manager at Leaky Crafts. The girls rightfully made me see that my schedule simply couldn't accomodate such a huge responsibility, and it was better for the sake of the group and Leaky Crafts as a whole to just resign from that job. I'm still a Crafty Witch at Leaky, requesting permissions from awesome crafters so we can post their tutorials on Leaky. It's something I can fit in my schedule every week and a job I can do well, I think. Plus it's the first step to getting a person's tutorial on Leaky, and I like doing it.
jennbrad52 took over the head job (though I believe she had been leading the group far more effectively than I did well before I "officially" dropped the title myself) and she's just awesome at the job... as are the other CW at their respective jobs too.
- The Muggle and I celebrated our 7th anniversary last week. Our relationship has evolved a lot since we first started going out with each other, and I strongly believe it's for the better. Sure, he still doesn't understand about Harry Potter and crafts and things like that, but he at least respects my liking for them. I still see his blank look when I make a craft say something like "OK it's pretty, but why didn't you just buy one in a shop"... Still, slowly but surely, he's evolving :P Plus our love for one another is stronger than ever, and we both feel like we love each other more and more each day.
- My schedule is still very full, but I believe I can now manage it better... much better. I'm currently reading First Things First, by Stephen R. Covey, and it has really changed the way I see things... and plan them too. That book goes beyond the "follow these steps to be a perfect time manager at work". It makes you understand how to make sure the most important things get done in the all the most important roles of your life. A really wonderful read, which I recommend to everyone.
- I've been crafting! It's quite good to be able to spend a few hours at my desk every week! Lately, I've made an ornament for
darcey321, which you can see here, here and here. I've had more ideas since though, and will most likely be making some more ornaments. Plus I've been making Christmas cards and scrapbooking things too. Fun fun fun, I tell you!
And Ottawa people, I e-mailed sheryll, but I supposed she's been busy, so I'll ask here: do we have anything planned for the release of the Tales of Beedle the Bard? We could go get the book and have our little Christmas dinner at the same time... How about it?
Well, that's it for now! Hopefully it won't be another eon before I post again!

Just sayin'... Having my crafts room in the living room was the best idea ever. Yesterday we had FIL over, and with MIL and her boyfriend staying with us for a month (until the snow melts in camping grounds!), we had a pleasant evening. Everyone chatted while watching hockey (I know of a sheryl who must be a happy panda today :D), and I was just next to them, crafting. I completed my paper piecing scrapbook page, our goal frame for the year (started it in January! Hmph!), and I wanted to work on another scrapbook page, but the accessory my friend lent me to score cardstock didn't have a blade in it, so it wouldn't score anything. And this morning, while waiting for the Muggle to drive me to the office, I finished 2 HP cards, all the while taking pictures for a step by step tutorial on Leaky (and for the galleries).
We're pretty much all settled in now. I only have some crafty stuff left to unpack, and as I don't have enough space right now with my current furniture, I'll need to keep some in the kitchen cupboards (lets face it, I have plenty of those!!) and in the basement. The most important stuff I'll keep closeby though! Which reminds me... I need to take pictures of the whole house too, to show you all! I'll do that soon, I promise!
And on that note, I go back to getting all our tax papers ready. Talk about last minute!!!

Well, not so much a sea, more a puddle now ssssqqqqquuuuuueeeeee!!!!!
The kitchen is unpacked AT LAST! For a week or two, we couldn't put anything in the cupboard because they hadn't installed the handles (and drilling holes in doors kind of puts saw dust everywhere, which makes placing clean plates inside the cupboards a rather stupid idea). Master bedroom/living room (all in the same room) is unpacked too, and the bathroom is also very nice and clean and unpacked. All that's left to unpack in fact is my crafts room, which will also have a TV and a big comfy chair.
No chances for the rest to happen this week though, as we're currently busy as hell, and this w-e I'm going to Mtl for the Stampin' Up regionals. Should be fun! I'm taking the train Friday night, and having dinner with friends. One of said friend has her birthday on that date and isn't expecting me at all. I can't wait to see her face!!
I'm still taking care of my FIL's apartment blocks and currently have like 5 apartments left for rent. It seems to me that last year, things seemed to be going better than that, but I'm sure I'll be able to work things out in the end.
I'm also hard at work for the Muggle company. We've hired a guy that's a super king in business organization, structuration, etc. He pushes us a lot to achieve great results, and I truly think his system will revolutionize our company. We've met him 3 times so far and already, we're seeing changes!
Oh! And there's also of course the government translation work, which is OK. I just received a request for like a 7,000-word proofread that I had to agree to do, though I normally don't accept them above 1,000. Good thing about it is that I'll be able to do a little overtime, which I'll then be able to take as a little holiday (which I'll probably use to unpack the craft room or something!!)
Well, time to leave the Muggle company and go to bed, what do you think?

Well, it turns out we had 52 cm (about 1.5 feet) of snow. I've never seen so much snow in my life in one snowfall. But the truck was booked and we moved anyway. Things went rather well too, though the movers were late. My house is now a sea of boxes, especially since we can't put anything in the kitchen cupboards yet. The installers haven't added the door handles yet, plus they have to install the big light thing over the island, so we have to wait.
Oh! And I realise I have more craft stuff than kitchen stuff... Though thankfully the Muggle hasn't realized that yet :P
But in short, we've now spent two nights in the new house and it ROCKS!!!

It's my first time using Flickr guys, so bare with me if this doesn't work...
New House Picspam
I'm not sure if this will show up in French or not... It does for me and I can't figure out how to change it. If it does, "Diaporama" is the French for "Slideshow" :)
No pictures of the outside yet. #1 it's not finished, #2 the snow bank is currently so freakin high I'm not sure you'd be seeing anything good! :P
We've been (well... I really, Muggle's still suffering from his cold) packing a few box every night, and tonight we're going to the house to clean a few things again. I really really hope we can move this w-e. I so can't wait to live there!

SO! After first hoping we'd move in October, then thinking November-December, then what-the-heck-we'll-move-when-the-house-is-finished, we're finally settled. We're moving in TWO WEEKS people!
And I must say I couldn't be happier with the new house. Colors are gorgeous (we had to repaint our master bedroom because that color that looked good on the paint chip turned out to look more like waterproof/bathroom drywall than anything), the kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful and there are so many of them I'm sure for the next 4 years more than half of them will be empty and the bathroom looks quite good too! And of course, everytime I look at what is supposed to be a living room in the house, I see my future crafts room and all the workshop blast that will take place there!
The house is very nearly ready. There's a little plumbing left to do (as far as I know, kitchen and bathroom sinks/taps to install and little hot/cold water mistakes to fix), a little electricity (some fixtures to connect and bulbs to install) and some painting. I bought a new slide-in range (and it's a gas range baby! OH YEAH!), a super good dishwasher, a basic fridge and stove, plus some paying washer-dryer for the roommates downstairs (we're using my MIL's upstairs and selling my super old ones) and a good fan to put above the range (because gas range = good fan needed to prevent burning the house). We chose the fabric for the curtains yesterday, and I'll try to go and order them tomorrow. I'll probably recruit my mom to sew them next week or something like that, since sewing is not my biggest talent, and good fabrics require good sewer!
Muggle and I have set a goal of packing a box a day for the next 2 weeks. Technically, we could move in next week, as all the subcontractors will be done, but we'd rather spend the w-e cleaning, then move the following w-e. The friend couple that was building with us moved in yesterday. They put their dishes in the still dusty cupboards, saying they'd clean them later. They've only got 3 plugs in the whole house right now (though the electrician was supposed to go today), the trimming and mouldings all need to be painted, there's lots of plumbing left to do, etc. Muggle and I just didn't think it was logical to rush things like that. It's not like anyone is kicking us out of the house, so we'll take our time and make sure things are done right.
But OMG I so can't wait to move!! I'm going there now, so I guess I could bring the camera, dontcha think?
Pictures soon!

It is currently -22 C (-8 F, for my American friends outside). I've just gone to move 3 trailers, and my feet are frozen, despite the fact that I've got good boots. My hands are also cold, and I was wearing mittens.
Fellow Ottawa friends, put on lots of layers before going out today. Any exposed bit of flesh will get attacked by the cold, and very quickly. No windchill as of this morning, just some intense cold!
And to all my friends down south... Would anyone care to trade spaces for a few days? :P

What's wrong with me huh? Me, posting? I guess I just have random stuff to say, and I'll say it in no particular order, so bare with me, 'k?
- I woke up at 6:30 a.m. this morning... No reason whatsoever. No alarm clock, no noise in the house, nothing. And it's not like I went to bed really early yesterday either... it was about 11:30 p.m. when we got to bed. So I just woke up and lay in bed for a while, then when I realised there was no hope of falling asleep again, I got up, took a lovely bath, had breakfast, did a tiny bit of cleaning and scrapbooked a bit. Good thing too is I feel perfectly awake. Woot!
- The house is pretty near finished. The trimmers were there yesterday to install all the mouldings and door trim and whatnot, and now all that's left to do is:
- Painting: One coat of paint everywhere but in the basement, 2 coats in the master bedroom (because the color-that-looked-so-good-on-the-paint-chip turned out to look like waterproof drywall looks like... really yucky), maybe 1 coat or 2 on the trims
- Cabinets: In the kitchen and the bathroom, and they should arrive sometimes this week. We're not sure if we're installing them ourselves or not. We'll see.
In any case, we should finally be able to move in somewhere in March... Talk about a relief!! Oh! And I did take some pictures a few weeks back, but I can't find the camera, so I'll post them later on... And when I do I might as well post the ones of the finished house too :D
- I started working at the government in November, and so far so good. They finally got me to do all their language tests (and I got exempted on the three of them, which means I never have to do another one ever again in my life, WOOT!), and last week I finally signed my real letter of offer. The crew I work with is still great, except for one girl who does look like she's suffering from depression. Work is OK, though lately I've been insanely not busy, which means I've helped the other girls do some filing and stuff. I also found out that I work in the same building as
len and wolfraven80.
- I decided that once I move to the new house, I'll focus a little more on my SU business. I finally got the Muggle to accept it (he still doesn't like it or know "what the point is", but believe me it's already a huge improvement there! He also says he'll support me to the best of his capacities, which is great as well. I swear to God very soon, I'll be on that free cruise SU offers to its demos every year... you mark my word!!
- I have been reading a few "motivational" books and listening to CDs lately, and I find a dramatic change in the way I see things. I also realise my flaws and I am determined to work on them. And I don't just mean a mere resolution here. I mean it's something I'll focus on every single day of my life. I've even used an old IKEA frame I had lying around somewhere and I inserted a nicely decorated sheet with all my goals for the years, as well as my boyfriend's. It's in the bathroom, so we can look at it every time we go there. It's just a gentle reminder that forces our brain to think about it and to get things done.
- After being absent for some time, I'm finally able to start working on Leaky again. I have done a little this week and intend to start putting in those couple of hours a week back at it again. Working at Leaky makes me feel great, because I know I'm helping other crafters along the way. And of course, during my absence, my fellow crafty witches have been FANTASTIC at keeping the whole thing going. A big hug/glomp/mwah! to you girls! You are all wonderful, and I truly hope you know it!
- Things at the Muggle's company are slowly getting back into place. I still have to work on things every time I come back from the government, but we're getting there. We've hired someone who's making us an Access database which will make our life MUCH easier once it's fully operational. It requires a lot of follow up with her, not to mention time spent by some of our employees to enter the data, but once it'll be done, we'll literally save dozens of hours a week, so it'll pay for itself. And that. will. be. fantastic
Well, I think that's all for today. Later everyone! </ul>

Started work at the gvt (Canadian Revenue Agency). Just got e-mail and internet access today. LJ's blocked, so are all the e-mail accounts that aren't gvt (but that's to be expected), and I tried to go to the Victoria's secret website today to show the girls what I'll be bringing to the office tomorrow, and it's blocked because of it being a lingerie site with potentially sexual content *rolls eyes* AT LEAST they haven't blocked Yahoo groups or Leaky or the Lounge, so I'll at least be able to survive.
Stampin' Up is offering free shipping on Canadian orders throughout November (so that's 10% off!), and some of my clients' relatives have ordered for them. I'm not a demo to make money but mainly to get some discounts on products, but I'm still happy that thanks to me, some girls will have presents they really want from their moms, dads, boyfriends and other relatives, and that said relatives won't have to wait in line for eons in various stores. If anybody from Ottawa would like to order something, I'm placing the order tomorrow night, so please get in touch quick!
Life is rather mad right now... House is nowhere near ready to have us move in it... Let's summarize by saying we have drywall and insulation, but no joints, paint, flooring, cabinetry, toilets, running water, lights or electricity but for 3 plugs. We're now aiming at moving somewhere between Christmas and New Year, but we really have no clue about the exact date.
Since I started work, my routine now consists of the following: 5:45-6:15 (depending on how many times we hit the Snooze button) Get up. If possible shower. 6:30-6:45 Arrival at the Muggle company, preferably after a pit stop at Tim Hortons, but not always. 7:10 Find out when the installation team is leaving, bum a lift with them and have them drop me on Gréber 7:15 Take bus to Ottawa 7:45 Arrival in Ottawa. Short walk to the office and begin to work. Sometimes interrupted by pee pauses. 12:00 Lunch 1:00 Back to work. Pee pauses every now and then 4:00 Leave work and come back home on the bus 4:40 Back at the Muggle company. Work some more on important things. 8:00-8:30 Dinner in a restaurant somewhere in town 9:30-10:00 Go back home. Crash into bed.
Repeat Mon-Fri
Saturday and Sunday, we sleep in by waking up at 7:30-8:00, work on building the house until at the very least 4:00-5:00 (when it's not until 7:00-8:00), go have dinner, watch a movie, then crash into bed again.
Now that I have a computer at work, I'll probably stop coming to the Muggle company in the morning and hop on the bus when he stops for coffee at Tim Hortons. That means I'll start work at the ARC earlier, finish earlier, and then have more time in the evening to sit down and figure out the urgent stuff.
And of course, I have to work on my Crafty witch secret craft projet, on which I'm ridiculously behind. And I also have to work on Leaky itself, and I've been bad about that too lately.
But yeah... If I don't post often or comment in your LJs, you'll know why. And if I crash dead at 8 in your holiday party, you'll know why. :P
Josée -xxx-
P.S.: I started writing this yesterday when I came back to the Muggle company, but I must have forgotten to hit post... So there you have it bright and early this morning :D

Two updates in 2 weeks... I must be mad :P
Last Saturday, I went to sheryll's place and met up with our usual HP gang, composed of loudmeggaphone, wolfraven80, karen_jk, logospilgrim, and len. I had quite a lot of fun! First we talked a bit, watching Ghost every now and then (for it was playing on the TV), then ate little nibbles (all very tasty!), and last but not least made cards using my stamps and things. I have yet to take a picture of the first card we made, with my "Haunting Halloween" stamp set (a cauldron with Trevor sitting on it, or in the case of loudmeggaphone, a blue cat flying on a broomstick... and if you're questionning the blue cat, just drop it, because after all, there's no such thing as a cat flying a broomstick ANYWAY, OK? :P
Most had to leave before we had time to finish the last one but I have all the supplies here and will be making them for everyone, then bringing them for our next meetup. Our cards involved snitches, and now I have a lot of wings in my things :D Good thing is I have to finish Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Gryffindor and Hufflepuff cards, so once I'm done I'll have that card in all the house colors!
This week has been rather good, though I have no clue where the time has flown to. If anybody finds my time, bring it back to me k?
I need to get to work on the crafty witches project. What needs to be done (with the % of project it represents): - Cover scrapbook (5%) - Make the first page (30%) - Make the last page (10%) - Make my page (15%) - Make hardhatcat's spread (10%) - Make ofenjen's spread (10%) - Make quietish's spread (10%) - Make hp5freak's spread (10%)
Accomplished so far (Let's try this nice feature gacked from wolfraven80... and modified for my needs, since I'm clearly not doing NaNoWriMo with everything else going on in my life!):
Mostly planning, and a little work on the first page, which is taking a long time to do. Hopefully it'll look good at the very least!
Work is crazy right now... 1st of the month was yesterday, which involved rent, etc. Still have to go to the bank today to do the deposit. I also need to go see some renters about renos I've been neglecting, etc. In the meantime, Muggle company is busy like mad, so I'm running around like a chicken that just had its head cut off. I'm still managing to keep my sanity and enjoy myself though, so I guess that's positive, isn't it? :P
Well, time to go back to work now!

So yeah, I'm posting... If you want an overview of my life lately, it's pretty simple... get up, stop by Tim Hortons, head to the office, work, work, work, have lunch, work, work, work, have dinner, go to bed. Add 2 or 3 pee stops and that's about it. As for w-e, it normally consists of working on building our house. Last w-e was a nice change though... I had a cold and ended up spending about 9 hours in the ER (yes my American friends, those are the joys of the public health care system) with the Muggle because he got badly sick. Turns out it was probably food poisonning, and in the end they plugged him on the IV. He's now alright, though eating a little better these days... I guess now we know what to do if we want him to change his eating habits, right? Well, not quite, but hopefully he'll get into the habit of eating a little better :P
Lately, I have been making a point of finishing work a little earlier though, and craft from 6 p.m. (more or less) onward. Pretty much everything I'm doing is HP related. One of them will positively take me ages to make, but from what I can see, it'll probably look wonderful once I'm done. The other things I'm just about to start are 2 cards we will be making during our meetup Saturday night. I've got a pretty good idea of what I'll be doing now, and I'm sure it'll look pretty good once I'm done. I may post pictures, but only once our gathering is over... otherwise it would be too tempting, I think, for the others to peek in advance.
For one of the cards however, I'll need to know your house... I know for a fact sheryll is a Slytherin, and wolfraven80 is a Ravenclaw... and I think loudmeggaphone is a Slytherin too. However, I have no clue for karen_jk and len (psst... I just friended you!), and if you are present logospilgrim, I'm not sure between Hufflepuff and Slytherin... I believe you were a Hufflepuff at a conference lately, were you not?
Anyway, I'm really excited about all this and can't possibly wait for Saturday to come!
Josée -xxx-
P.S.: And I know I'm supposed to ALSO post pics of my new house under construction... I SWEAR I'll take some soon!

*insert shock expression from my flisters here*
Yeah, again, it's been ages since I posted. But since there's always more or less a century between each of my posts, I guess you're getting used to that.
So, what has been happening in my life lately? It can pretty much be summarized by one tiny little word... WORK. Since we moved our office from a room in our house to a real office, we haven't stopped for one tiny little second. There are good sides to working here... like my new desk (mine's cherry though), which litterally kicks butts. On the other hand, I think I've eaten at home for like the second time in two months this morning... We're ALWAYS eating out, like 3 meals a day. It's insane! But there's just no way I can cook on top of doing everything else, so we're going out to restaurants. I still manage to lose weight though, mostly because I at least try to eat well when eating out, and because of construction work (read below for that).
Right now, my workdays are pretty much going on from 6:30 a.m. to somewhere between 8 and 9:30 p.m., at which point I either go get dinner (when I've not already done so), or go crash in my bed. And during the weekends, I'm working on our soon-to-be new house. As I previously mentionned here, the Muggle and me are building ourselves a new house, and so is a friend couple of ours. The deal is that both girls are getting paid to work in the houses, so that it's fair for everyone, bla bla bla. So far, I've almost done 100 h, all during the last month and a half. At this rate, I'll receive a nice, juicy, fat paycheck at Christmas. I'm of course not doing it all for the money, but also to make sure we actually can move in our house as soon as possible. I'm also very talented in construction (like ofenjen always says, it's like crafts, only bigger!), and can do pretty much everything except lifting very very heavy things. The Muggle says I indeed work like a weak man (not sure it's the right word here... anyway, a man that can't lift heavy objects). And considering he owns a construction company, it's not something he'd say to anyone, so it means I'm good.
He's not so kind about J, the other girl though... But I must admit she DOES suck at it. She doesn't seem to be able to do anything right, is scared of her own shadow (heights, spiders, etc.), the moment something's a little tough she walks away, etc. She was tacking with a hammer tacker the other day and the Muggle made a ratio... for 12 shots with the hammer, one tack would go in. The other ratio he did is that she pretty much spends half her time doing nothing and looking around, and when she does that, she forgets what she was doing before she paused. For heaven's sake, she even can't swipe the floor right! And then she gets all frustrated because she's not working at the house (because the Muggle asks her not to come). I must admit she also annoys the hell out of me, because guess who's picking up after her, doing all those things she judged too hard? Me, of course! Grrr!
Leaky is also keeping me quite busy lately. The girls are working wonders in there, but that also means I have to put in quite a bit of time too. And now Mephisto is up and running, it means all the tutorials have to be added back in, etc., so it's quite demanding. Still! People are pleased with the crafts section, see it as a useful resource, and so we'll keep at work! Slow but sure, we'll make sure it's the best place for crafts!
This weekend, we're going down to some place near Niagara Falls, NY to get a new trailer. We're supposed to leave Friday night and come back sometime Saturday. Considering how good the CAN to US exchange rate is now (did any of you Canadians think we'd see the day where the CAN$ would be worth MORE than the USD back in the days?), it's worth it for us to go down and buy it directly from there. We might stop somewhere and do a little shopping too if we're lucky :)
Well, I guess I'd better go back to... work!
TTYL (like in two months probably!)

My mom's boyfriend has now cancelled our accounting lesson for the 3rd time in 3 weeks... We're 4 months late in our accounting because of this, because I can't virtually enter anything in the software until he shows me whatever I have left to learn. And the Muggle and other employees would like to have reports on their desks next week. GRRRR! He said he would have to come here on a Saturday to teach me... I hope for him it's the coming Saturday, or I'll very bluntly hire someone to do it. And if it pisses the hell out of him or my mom, I'll kindly explained that it's not as though I haven't tried. Things must move on, and I can't wait anymore. And that for next time, I'd rather have a "I'm sorry, but summer is a very busy time at work and I simply won't have time" than a "Yes of course I'll help" and then "No, turns out I can't tonight because of yadda yadda yadda".
Sorry for the rant... I'm just very mad at this whole situation.
You may now go back to your pleasant life :)
